Rachel Gardiner, BA, ECE Level 3
Rachel is originally from Newfoundland, where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts and Early Childhood Education Level 3 Diploma. She has been working in preschool programs and volunteering with a well-known Canadian youth mentoring program, Big Brothers Big Sisters for 6 years. Rachel is excited to bring her knowledge and passion for early learning to Educare and looks forward to building strong and supportive relationships with the children, families and staff in the community.

Rena Proctor
Rena has 15 years of preschool teaching experience and her Early Childhood Certificate Level 2. She creates a nurturing environment, and plans and implements activities focusing on learning through play. Rena is passionate about providing all children with equal opportunities for learning and a solid foundation for their educational journey.

Amanda Hall
Amanda is an Early Childhood Educator Level 2. She is patient, calm, and has a strong understanding of child development. Amanda strives in teaching children emotional and sensory regulation strategies, as well as appropriate problem-solving skills. She also has experience working one-on-on to support children with a variety of needs.

Shelby-Lynn Chaytor
Shelby has experience working children in a variety of settings and can implement a range of strategies to meet the needs of various learners. She is currently completing her Speech Language Assistant degree, and applies the tools, strategies, and knowledge that she is gaining through her studies within our classroom.

Tanya Seymour
Tanya is a Level 1 Early Childhood Educator and has also worked as an LPN since 2004. She caring and compassionate and works hard to make meaningful connections with the children in her care. She is passionate about learning and exploration, and enjoys watching children grow through play and discovery. ​​​​​​

Danielle Fudge
Danielle is a Level 1 Early Childhood Educator and has an Educational Assistant Certificate. Danielle is fun-loving and incorporates her love for play into her interactions with children. She also values inclusion and equity, and works hard to ensure that children feel safe and comfortable in their learning environment. ​​​​​​​
